Every year, Malaysians come together to celebrate their nation’s independence on August 31st. It’s a day filled with patriotic fervor, reflecting the hard-won freedom that Malaysia achieved in 1957. One group that consistently takes the lead in organizing memorable Merdeka Day celebrations on college and university campuses is the Students’ Representative Council (SRC)

The Students’ Representative Council plays a pivotal role in enriching the campus experience for students. Apart from representing students’ interests in administrative matters, they organize a wide range of events and activities. Sports, in particular, provide a unique platform for students to come together, compete, and bond over shared interests.

In the contemporary workplace, the convergence of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives has become the norm. While this diversity enriches the professional landscape, it also introduces the challenge of effectively collaborating with individuals possessing distinct personality traits. Interpersonal dynamics play a pivotal role in shaping team cohesion, communication, and overall organizational success.

“Ergonomics” means “the study of work’. Ergonomics helps adapt the job to fit the person, rather than forcing the person to fit the job. Adapting the job to fit the worker can help reduce ergonomic stress and eliminate many of the potential ergonomic disorders. Apart from ergonomics, employers have also start to look into the manual handling techniques, which is identified as one of the main causes of back injury, if done improperly.
