From 7 to 9 February 2025, IJN College successfully conducted a Leadership Camp organized by the Student Development Division (SDD) at Kem Ulu Rimba Tamu, Batang Kali. This immersive three-day program at IJN College was designed to cultivate leadership qualities, teamwork, and communication skills among students, particularly members of the Student Representative Council (SRC) for the 2025/2026 session.
Strengthening Leadership and Teamwork
A total of 39 students participated in this transformative experience, where they engaged in a variety of activities aimed at developing physical endurance, mental resilience, and strategic thinking. The camp itinerary featured challenging and team-based activities such as:

Empowering Future Leaders
This Leadership Camp provided an invaluable opportunity for students to step out of their comfort zones, embrace challenges, and develop essential leadership qualities. Through hands-on activities and structured guidance, participants learned the importance of collaboration, adaptability, and resilience—key traits required for effective leadership in any field.
By the end of the program, students gained enhanced self-awareness, confidence, and a deeper understanding of team dynamics. These newfound skills will empower them to take on greater responsibilities within IJN College and beyond, ensuring they become proactive and influential leaders of the future.
